Refund & Returns Policy

LANDA Platform Refunds

LANDA facilitates refunds for platform-related issues only. Product quality and merchant errors are handled directly with the merchant.

We Refund For:

  • Technical errors causing duplicate charges
  • Orders cancelled by LANDA due to system issues
  • Delivery failures due to LANDA driver issues
  • Service fee refunds for significant delivery delays (2+ hours late)

We Don't Refund For:

  • Wrong items delivered (contact merchant directly)
  • Damaged or spoiled products (contact merchant directly)
  • Missing items (contact merchant directly)
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Merchant quality issues
  • Refund requests made more than 24 hours after delivery

Refund Process

  1. Report platform issues within 24 hours via support@landa.shop
  2. Include order number and description of the issue
  3. LANDA reviews within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  5. Refunded to original payment method

Merchant Issues

For product quality, wrong items, or merchant errors, contact the merchant directly through their store page or customer service. LANDA is not responsible for merchant product quality or fulfillment errors.
